About The Creators of the CMP

Bryan Northcutt and Charla Cormier are the creators of The Cave Man Weight Loss Plan. They are brother and sister and share the same passion for fitness and inspiring others to be healthy! Bryan and Charla combined have over 30yrs of experience and knowledge that they want to share with you.

Charla is a mother of 3 who used to be 170lbs. After struggling with 
her weight and trying every fad diet out there, she teamed up with her brother 
and wanted to create a weight loss plan that would be easy to follow and that combines all foods! She is now 126lbs and doesn’t yo-yo with her weight
 anymore! Charla is also a competitor in the fitness industry, an athlete 
and fitness model for All American EFX , a certified personal trainer for 
Anytime Fitness gyms and one Happy MOM! 

Bryan is a father of 2, Former Marine who served in Desert Storm, a former competitive bodybuilder, personal trainer and a motivational speaker.
